FingerFood Catering has been serving the local and wider community for 26 years and in this time has gained a reputation for quality and reliability within the catering industry. Much of our business is “word of mouth” by way of contented guests who’ve attended our functions.
Our philosophy
FingerFood Catering is sensitive to the fact that a function is much more than just good food and good company. It’s part of a bigger occasion; often a personal or emotional milestone.
In the corporate sector, catering is part of today’s ritual of doing business. Whether you are catering for a simple boardroom lunch or product launch for 900 guests, we will professionally attend to your particular needs.

Terms and Conditions
Bond
A bond is required, this is a varied amount depending on the number of platters.
The bond is refunded after the return of equipment to our O'Connor premises. Deductions will be made for loss or damage.
Payment Terms
Our payment terms are that a 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. If paying by EFT/Credit Card balance of all functions to be paid in full 7 days prior to your event. You may also pay the balance by cash, however please ensure you have correct amount for us as we do not carry change. EFTPOS facilites are available. There is a 1.7% surcharge on Credit Card transactions (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX).
Cancellation
This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders.
- A $50 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit for all cancellations, regardless of notice period.
- An event and/or order may be cancelled up to nine (9) full business days prior to the event. The $50 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Specialty food items are non-refundable – veal, seafood etc.
- Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50% of the catered food is non-refundable.
- 5 to 7 Days prior to event, 75% of the catered food is non-refundable.
- Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non-refundable.
- 1 to 2 Days prior to event client may re-schedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses (administration, staff etc.) may be deducted from the deposit. Deposit balance will be credited toward the new date. If new date is cancelled then 50% of the deposit will not be refunded.
- Refunds are the sole discretion of Finger Food Catering. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Finger Food Catering reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating costs to be deducted from any deposit.
Delivery
Delivery charges start at $55 or food may be picked up from our premises.
If you require us to collect the platters following your function, an additional charge equal to the delivery fee is applicable.
